I've always hated long legal texts. So let me try to break down what working with Generalyst looks like in plain English. Hope you enjoy.

For candidates:

• Generalyst monetizes on the company side only. We do not charge candidates for our services.
• We don't sell your data, ever. But we do send it to our clients in order to make a placement. If you don't want that, then you probably shouldn't work with a recruiter. :)
• We will send you emails. Or WhatsApp messages. Or call you. Because otherwise, it's gonna be near impossible to do our job.

For startups:

• We want to build the fairest possible business model. That being said, unless we've discussed anything else specifically, we will charge you our standard pricing if you hire someone that was introduced to you by us.
• Occasionally, we (or our partners) will do cold outreach. This is what businesses do. If you never want to hear from us again, just let us know.
